Other Faiths

At All Saints' school, learning about other faiths is an essential aspect of fostering respect, understanding, and empathy for people of all backgrounds. Within the framework of the RED (Religious Education Directory) and the Vine and Branches scheme, pupils are taught about the richness and diversity of world religions in a way that is rooted in Catholic values. The Vine and Branches model emphasises the central role of Christ and the Church while encouraging respectful engagement with other faith traditions. This approach supports the formation of a well-rounded religious identity, allowing children to appreciate their own faith more deeply while developing a spirit of openness and dialogue with others in our multi-faith society.
